San Vincenzo de’Paoli a Lido di Ostia is a later 20th century modern parish church at Via Domenico Baffigo 65, in the Lido di Ostia Ponente district which is the western part of the seaside resort of Lido di Ostia.

The dedication is to St Vincent de Paul.

History[]

The parish was set up in 1978. It has been waiting for a permanent church ever since, although the rumour in 2016 is that it is fairly near the top of the waiting list.

Appearance[]

The so-called church and the parish offices occupy the entire ground floor of an apartment block which was completed in 1950, and the frontage is distinguished by set of outdoor murals of the patron saint as well as of Christ and Our Lady in a Byzantine style (the artist is Klevra).

Liturgy[]

Times of Mass are not being advertised online.
